Lee is from NYC, specifically The Bronx. His dad was a bass player with legendary bandleader Harry Belafonte, as well as Duke Ellington. With a pedigree like that you know he can play! His Keyboards add an important dimension to the band's sound, with Piano, Hammond Organ, and Horn Section parts filling up the space. He is also an accomplished bassist with a degree from the Julliard School of Music. His playing is a mixture of Chicago R & B with a healthy dash of Memphis Soul. He is also steeped in the boogie-woogie traditions of New Orleans and loves to listen to Professor Longhair and Dr. John in his spare time.
